We’re taking your taste buds on a trip with the flavors of the Mediterranean this month! There’s no need to pack any bags to try these superfood-filled dishes, just head to your local Souplantation/Sweet Tomatoes and fill up your plate up with the following Vegan, Vegetarian & Gluten-free items we have available.

We so much appreciate you guys. Just wish you would designate dishes with and without eggs. Since we cannot eat them, we are in the dark about salad dressings, pastas and other dishes that you call vegetarian but have eggs.

What do you think?

I’m sorry to confuse your records. I was already a ClubVeg member,, but thought you wanted this information again. I always enjoy my meals at Souplantation.

It’s unfortunate that you offer so few vegan options when this type of restaurant could easily adapt to multiple vegan options in each category (soup, pasta, prepared salads, breads, and desserts). A soup and one prepared salad is a good start, but you could do so much better. Sometimes vegans want more a little more than a nice salad bar and plain potato. Plenty of grocery stores offer that, and at a lower price point. Plus, I can get a vegan dessert to go with it at Whole Foods, or even an accidentally vegan cookie at most grocery stores. It seems you can offer 4 GF desserts, but can’t manage a vegan one.

It’s Sept 15 and still no updated last for gluten free items. I used to go around 4 times a month (party of 3 to 8) when the list was updated each month, at the beginning of the month. Now I hardly go because a current updated list is hard to come by. Contrary to what I have been told, the huge binder the managers have do not always show what soups are gluten free. We would start going again if I had a current list of gluten free items each month.

I love the coconut muffins more than anything, but they never seem to be on the menu. Could they be a menu option more often? I wish I had access to them all of the time.

Hi Cece – Thanks for your feedback! We’re actually testing a few different gluten-friendly flavors over the next few months. You should stop in and give them all a try!
