43 YEARS AGO, THE FUTURE OF PASTA WAS BORN.

Mike and Bill met as frat boys at USC. Somehow, maybe after a few beers, they decided to make pasta. They bought an Italian pasta maker and made pasta by hand before it was cool to make pasta by hand. The rest is delicious history. Gourmet Fresh Pasta has been making our noodles for our Big Chunk Chicken Noodle Soup for over 20 years.

5 INGREDIENTS, NO EXCUSES.

Flour, Egg, Water, Milk and a pinch of salt. The secret is GMO-free Pearl Flour, expensive and worth every penny. The steps to making our noodles are honestly quite simple but deceptively hard to master.
