Just once, I’d love to walk into a Sweet Tomatoes and find a SAVORY or plain sweet potato dish. You guys always serve sweet potatoes gummed up with extra sugars. WHY? They ‘re great with just butter and pepper and salt, or garlic and hot pepper, or mashed like regular potatoes. Why ruin them with gooey, gummy sugars every single time?
I love potatoes!
