in Fun Stuff,Promotions

This year, we are excited to offer our guests a way to take Souplantation/ Sweet Tomatoes home for their holiday meals. Through a lot of research and a lot of testing in our test kitchen (lucky us), we created our first take home, bake-at-home seasonal dessert. This is the first year and we are offering our Cranberry Apple Cobbler.

One of my favorites, it has the sweetness of the apple and the tart of the cranberries. So yummy!

I love this because it is a ready-to-bake dessert that is perfect for the holidays! We make them every day so you know they are fresh. Our guests can purchase their Cranberry Apple Cobbler at restaurants, take it to their home, pop it in the oven and when you are ready – there it is! Warm and PIPING HOT!

Did I mention how easy it is? Take the wrapper off the Cranberry Apple Cobbler and place the pan on a cookie sheet. It is ready to bake and then serve in the same container. It can’t get easier!

Perfect for a holiday party or pot luck!

Add vanilla ice cream and you are a hero!!

p.s. Take a quart of our seasonal Creamy Pumpkin Bisque in a quart to-go container, serve as your very own. It is home-made, who cares if it is not your home, it was home-made by us… and served in yours. Take credit!

Hello Sweet Tomatoes, What a pleasant treat, the delicious food, the great atmosphere, the outstanding staff. I had dinner at the Bradenton location, a young lady named “Cat” was passing out samples of the new Apple/Cranberrie Cobbler. It is delicious. I asked if I could take one home with me!! “Of Course” was the reply. I just wanted to let you know what a great employee (and staff) you have, and what a good establishment you have. Thank You very much!! Teresa Rivera.

Does the cobbler come refrigerated or frozen? I would like to bring one (or two!) with me to visit family but we are driving to Atlanta from Orlando, FL and not sure how we will transport it.
Also, are there any concerns with the locations running out of the cobbler? I would like to wait until the day before we leave (11/23) to go purchase/pick up; am I running the risk of the location not having any more?

Thanks!

The cobbler is refrigerated and should stay at 40 degrees. Perhaps you should freeze it before your driving travel to Orlando and transport it in a cooler with ice and keep it cool.

Be sure to pre-order the cobbler to ensure that you will get your cobbler and we won’t run out. All cobbler orders have to be pre-ordered, call your local Sweet Tomatoes to place your order.

I love everything at Sweet Tomatoes. From the salads to the Soups to the Desserts to the Pastas. My husband has never been to Sweet Tomatoes and I would really love to take him for a nice Lunch or Dinner. And the Cobbler looks so so so good and I would love to try it.

I have never known a place axs heathly a delicious as sweet tomato! I am a vegiterian and a health nut. Sweet tomato is a dream come true ..you can build your own salads and the mac and cheese is dreamy! Iam not much on desert but in a city such as this which is not very plesant I have to say even when the staff is having a bad day or it is really busy you never know their frustration because of how professional they are and Iam from the southern USA! They are just as freindly as back home. Thank you for making my day when I visit sweet tomato and one more thing I appreciate the non smoking enviroment.

My favorite is your sugar-free chocolate mousse. And at only 40 calories per serving, I can have (almost) as much as I want, without guilt!!!

Goes fantastic with low-fat muffins or granola.

It would have been great to have the baking instructions, as far as temperature and time in oven, posted as well….or as common sense would dictate, on the package for those who purchase it….
