I find it shocking that I may have misspelled my own name above, but odder things have happened. Nevertheless, I recently went to the Souplanation in San Bernardino and discovered that besides a salad, I was not totally sure what I could eat. So many things that you would not expect to have gluten/wheat in it, do. Is there anything on the Souplanation horizon that would make it easier for me to eat with a bit more confidence the food won't negatively affect me?

Ms. Scharff,
Recently I have discovered I require a gluten free menu. I can eat at many restaurants as long as I research the menu myself to determine which food items I can eat. While viewing your restaurant webpage I noticed a few words on the subject, but nothing specific. May I suggest a Souplanation menu webpage with specific gluten free food items so people like me can easily view what can and can not be eaten at your restaurants. This would cut out the guess work- for people like me. Any thoughts you have on this matter would be appreciated.
