Statistically, the flu and cold season tends to peak in January and February. Although there is no perfect formula to ward off sneezes and sniffles, we looked to several experts for some tips on how to stay well this winter. We discovered that by treating your body right and upping the amount of a few key nutrients, you have a better chance at helping your immune system keep up with your fast-paced schedule.
