FRESH LIMES, SQUEEZED AT PERRICONE FARMS.  THAT’S THE WHOLE STORY.

Family-owned since the 1930’s, Perricone Farms always searches for later season limes to give us the full juice essence. It takes over 400 limes to make just one gallon of juice. From “lime-to-bottle,” there are never added steps or preservatives. At Perricone, the whole lime is juiced, keeping all the essential oils in.

OUR CALIFORNIA GARLIC IS LIKE, MELLOW.

Grown by The Garlic Company on the sunny west coast, our garlic has a savory, laidback flavor. It has none of the sharp, bitterness of cheaper, imported garlicmany restaurants use. The Garlic Company will grow 21 million cloves for us this year. Every clove is cooled and used immediately. That’s totally chill.
