I went to Hometown Buffet last week, and had a very tasty Bok Choy salad made with Boy Choy, sliced red onion, cucumber, broccoli (all raw vegetables), with a light sesame oil vinaigrette dressing. I thought this might be a great addition to your salad menu,

We love your food but at times way too much salt is used, especially in the soups. For those of us on low salt diets, this can be a real problem. Maybe cut back on the salt some and place salt shakers on the tables in case some people need more for taste. Maybe you could make and advertise low salt additions to your menu, especially in places like Florida where the older population is about 50% of people. To verify this, the greeter could ask each patron as they come in (from a selection card, or course) what their age range is. Perhaps you could learn even more about your customers. Thank you.

Dean: Although I am not on a low-salt diet, I don’t use a lot of salt in/on my food. I was surprised to find I actually needed a little salt in my soup – which was fantastic by the way. Maybe it’s just a matter of taste buds…. Maybe they could use less salt like Denay below stated, but I liked the soups the way they were.
